EMAIL HOSTING

  • Managed Evolve’s email hosting environment.
    • Tech: Microsoft 365, Rackspace and Intermedia.
  • Managed the migration of Evolve’s Exchange accounts to Microsoft 365 after Rackspace suffered a ransomware attack.

DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT

  • Administered the Hosting Department by:
    • Billing clients through WHMCS.
    • Eliminating excess spending, growing revenue, and increasing realization rate.
  • Within my first three months, I made the department profitable. 
  • In Q1 2023, revenue grew 50% and cost was reduced by 20% compared to Q1 2022.

WEBSITE ANALYTICS

  • Installed Google Analytics on new and existing websites.
  • Utilized Google Tag Manager to manage the Google Analytics tag and other custom code snippets.
  • Set up custom tracking for form submissions and other website interactions.
